Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is a $6 flat rate fee. Please note that shipping fees are subject to change and is left up to Sweeter Than Honey Clothing and Co's discretion.

Our goal is always to provide next day shipping but please allow 3 to 4 business days for your item(s) to ship. 

 

LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

If you choose local pick-up, you will receive confirmation that your order has been fufilled and placed in pick-up bin when ready. Please try to pick-up your items within 3-4 days of purchase to help keep the bin from overfilling. 

Pick-up bin is located at 144 Ridgeview Dr. Dothan, AL 36301.

Pick-up times will be between 7am and 8pm.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted.

Please note we will not accept any returns that have been worn, washed, or smell of smoke. Please return within 21 days of receiving your item. You can be issued a store credit that can be used at anytime, or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size this can be arranged depending on if the item you need is in stock. 

Customer is required to cover shipping cost for returns. If you chose local pick-up, you can return by placing your package back in the pick-up bin with your name on it. Please message us to let us know when your package has been placed back in the bin. Once item is received then your credit will be issued.

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are accepted for sale items.
